h-principles for curvature relations on open manifolds

From Gromov`s h-principle for diffeomorphism-invariant open partial differential relations on open manifolds, we derive several existence results for Riemannian and Lorentzian metrics on open manifolds. This is a joint work with Marc Nardmann.
